Using our 100 ton hydraulic press it took
36,000 lbs. of down pressure to start bending the hitch! 
All of our mounting brackets and safety chain plates are Precision Laser Cut from 656 grade 80 steel to produce the highest quality gooseneck hitch.
  • 2 5/16" Ball made of 1144 stress-proof steel heat treated for wear-ability. Ball, locking collar and chain plate are double-plated to prevent rusting. 1/2" Internal locking balls are made from hardened 440 stainless steel.

  • All bolts and nuts are grade 8.

  • Full-length solid ball receiver made of seamless tubing, makes it impossible to wear out!
