Late model trucks usually only require different mounting end plates to work around existing brackets already in place. A portion of exhaust heat shield has to be removed to make room for hitch body.

Sometimes prying tailpipe front hanger gives you more room to work.
Use plywood template for drilling hole in bed. This will prevent hole saw from 'walking' across the bed in the event the pilot drill was to break.
